  • Do you take insurance?
We are a cash practice and do not file with insurance. We strive to make our services affordable for all individuals and families. This allows us to keep our costs low and pass those savings directly on to you. We have set our fees to be comparable, if not less than most co-pays. We do accept HSA and flex spending cards.
  • Do you offer financing options?
On your follow up visit, the doctor will go over your treatment plan of recommended care. On this visit, she will also go over financial options to suit your family’s needs and goals.
  • Can I schedule a same-day appointment?
Of course. We have a convenient online booking system with a waitlist option to get in the same day.
  • Do you have a cancellation policy?
We do ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, to please give us at least a 12-hour notice. This allows us to fill your appointment time with another practice member. If you do not give us a 12-hour notice, we will charge you the full amount for the service booked. We understand that sometimes life happens, and we just ask that you communicate with us. We will send out a text/email notification of your appointment 24 hours prior. The best way to cancel or reschedule your appointment is to use your online scheduling profile here (link to jane). If for some reason you are unable to log-in, please text us at our office phone number as this will be seen the quickest.
  • I just found out I’m pregnant. When Should I come in?
As soon as you are ready, but we must say we think the sooner, the better. This will give us adequate time to go over your health history, plan for your pregnancy, birth, and even postpartum.
  • Do you see men, too?
😊 Of course. Your health is important, too! While we focus on the perinatal and pediatric population, we LOVE seeing the dudes, too.
